Clothes for Romania

A few weeks ago, a friend of ours called and said someone had contacted them about a whole storage building of clothes that he needed to get rid of, and Hannah knew that the orphanage in Romania that she had gone to last year needed boys clothes, so they got brought over to our basement and we spend the afternoon sorting them into piles...we looked like we had our own warehouse in the basement!!! :)

Daniel helping - we got good at throwing an article of clothing across the room and hitting a pile! :)

Hannah working on the laptop, and answering about a million 'would they wear this?'

I think there ended up being about 35-40 bags to send to RO, and about 14 that couldn't be sent, but were still good that got taken to Goodwill and My Sister's Closet, our local thrift stores.

I actually kept these two shirts.... :)

The orphanage is doing a shoe box drive right now for the children for Christmas...please fill one and send it...it would make some little child's day, and only cost you about $25!!!
