Sunday afternoon some friends of ours Kaden and Lincoln Andre, that are in the CAP program got the Spaatz Award, which I believe is the highest award that the Cadets can get!
It was a real blessing to be at the ceremony, and hear their testimonies!

Samuel and I had to go out to his truck for something, and as we were walking down the hall, I heard someone behind us....lets just say we were properly chaperoned....or body-guarded....or something!!! ;)

To make the day even more fun, Samuel took Andrew, Peter and I to Braum's for lunch beforehand, and he came home with us, and we had the most amazing time just chillen' with the family!!! unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of us... :(
the guys had fun playing basketball as it was getting dark...which made for some really neat pictures! :)
