A Sunday Afternoon Stroll

Yesterday we had Small Group Church at our house, and after lunch we took some of the little ones on a walk down the road.

4th Month-a-versery! :)

Today marks four months of Samuel and I being in a courtship!

I am still amazed at how God worked(and still works) in both our lives to bring us together!!!

It being a Sunday, he got to spend the day at our house! :)

And of course, it was a good excuse to take a couple portrait! ;)

Birthday Blessings!!!

Yesterday for my birthday, I was able to have the Schattes, Davis', Hutchins, Penningtons, Blairs, plus the the 'little' Hales and Blairs over for the afternoon for a volleyball party!!! 

It was a really sweet time of fellowship and fun, and made me feel very blessed, loved, and special!

The other 'news' that made the day even more special was that Bekah and Steven are engaged now!!!

They are soooo adorable, and I am very happy for both of them! :D

21.....?!?!?!

Goodness Griefess....I'm turning 21 today!

When I look back at where I was last year at my birthday and where I am now, all I can say is that God has very good to me, and I am so not worthy of it!!!

Don't ever ask the Lord to teach you patience and forgiveness, unless you are ready for a wild ride!!! :) But, He is faithful, and has taught me amazing lessons, and on top of that brought a very special man into my life!!! OK, technically Samuel was already in my life, but He gave me permission to be best friends with him! ;)

To quote John Newton in Amazing Grace: "Although my memory is fading, there are two things that I  remember: I am a great sinner, and Christ is a great Savior!"
